The 11 - 12 program is for swimmers that have previous experience with synchronized (artistic) swimming or are strong swimmers. The athletes in this program train three times a week for 10.5 hours. This includes pool and dryland training. Athletes in the 11-12 year program have the opportunity to participate in additional solo and duet routines.
Our 11 - 12 swimmers are introduced to challenging workouts and attention to detail is stressed. Tight bonds between team members, based on months (if not years) of working together, start to yield significant results. You can expect that your daughter will be teaching you a thing or two in the pool!

Tuesdays 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm - MNP Community & Sport Centre (formerly Repsol),
Fridays 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Sundays 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
