The youth program is for swimmers that have previous experience with synchronized (artistic) swimming. The athletes in this program train three times a week for 10.5 hours. This includespool and dryland training. Athletes in the program have the opportunity to participate in additional solo and duet routines. Our youth swimmers continue to increase the difficulty of their workouts and attention to detail is essential. Tight bonds between team members, based on months (if not years) of working together, start to yield significant results. You can expect that significant growth and improvement throughout the year.
